Telephone or internet counseling may be for you. These forms of counseling have been proven to be a successful means of therapy. If your schedule does not allow for formal in person sessions or you live outside the Los Angeles area, I am available for telephone or internet therapy.
You choose the place where you feel most comfortable for your phone or computer session and I will call you at the appointed time. Day, evening and weekend phone sessions are available.
